It is useful to conclude, but it is a difficult product to recommend to others.
Trackballs are used from Logitech's wired red balls to the wireless M570s, and the M570s are used until the right-click response becomes sluggish. It was a pretty good trackball as I was able to use it for over a year with no complaints. I keep trackball from work to private for more than 10 hours a day. When
In view of a new trackball, I was interested in other types of buttons and felt the luxury in the image. I decided to buy this product.
First of all, the size is slightly bigger than the M570 and the shape is different so I had a
lot of pain in the palm at the beginning. I couldn't find a solution.
Elecom sits flat or places your palm in a flat button design, while
Logitech feels like wrapping it in your hand, which makes a difference when tired. I think that he
The clicking feeling is not bad. The wheels have a strong rattling feel, but is there a difference in taste? Once I got used to it, there was no problem.
Above all, usability is dramatically improved from the multi-button. The tilt wheel forward/back button is a must when reading digital books, and a shortcut to the button has been added on the thumb side to make it easier to move the window across multiple screens. It was useful for
only the ring finger function assignment button. This is useful, but I stopped using it because even after using it for a year I wasn't used to it because I often accidentally pressed it.
The problem is that the wireless connection is often interrupted when the PC starts up. It reactivates when you re-target the receiver, but it's always problematic. The trackball is owned by Logitech, Elecom, and now Kensington and Elecom have tried to use a handy type called Relationship alongside this product, but it didn't work either. Logitech and Kensington are stable.
Next is the fragility of the wheel. After about half a year the rotation got a bit odd and after a year the wheel button response got bad and after a year and a half, the wheel button response finally disappeared.
Although a separate product, the practical Relacon type wheels are also rare (this is less than 2 months after use), and ELECOM wheels
they are generally poor. I decided it was not suitable for my purpose because I used a lot of horizontal buttons on the handlebars, so
bought the Pro-Fit Ergo Vertical from Kensington.
(I'll be using Kensington for a while to try it out, but honestly, it doesn't seem to work...). If you're concerned, Logitech is a good option.
